摘  要:哈佛大学图书馆作为颇具代表性的大型学术图书馆系统,其分馆建设经验能为我国高校图书馆提供参考借鉴。文章分析了哈佛大学图书馆分馆管理体系,从馆内协同、馆际协同、馆外协同与主体协同四个视角总结其分馆协同建设的实践经验。结合我国实际,文章提出如下建议:提升信息流通和服务效率,适当赋予分馆资源采访权;扎根特色学科资源,开展嵌入教学和科研全生命周期的知识服务,提供全过程学科知识服务;统筹多元主体及要素,重视校内外服务反馈。Harvard University Library as a representative large academic library system,the experience of its branch library construction can provide reference for Chinese university libraries.This paper analyzes the branch library management system of Harvard University library from the perspective of collaboration and summarizes the practice of branch library collaborative construction from four aspects:intra-library collaboration,inter-library collaboration,external library collaboration and main body collaboration.Combined with the reality of our country,the article puts forward the following suggestions:improve the efficiency of information circulation and service,and appropriately give branch libraries the resource acquisition right;take root in the characteristic subject resources,carry out the knowledge service embedded in the whole life cycle of teaching and scientific research,and provide the whole process subject knowledge service;coordinate multiple subjects and elements,and pay attention to service feedback inside and outside the school.
