泪小管切开联合RS管置入治疗泪小管炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：评价泪小管切开联合RS管置入治疗泪小管炎的临床效果。方法回顾性病例研究。分析我院2017年1月至2021年8月采用泪小管切开联合RS管置入的方法治疗的9例(9只眼)泪小管炎患者的临床资料,患者年龄33~68岁,女性7例,男性2例,随访12个月。结果9例患者预后均良好,泪道冲洗通畅,随访期内无复发。结论泪小管切开联合RS管置入是一种治疗泪小管炎的较好方法,它具有复发率低,脱落率低,操作简单,患者感受好等优点。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of lacrimal canaliculotomy combined with RS tube implantation in the treatment of canaliculitis.Methods The retrospective case study.The clinical data of 9 patients with canaliculitis treated by lacrimal canaliculotomy combined with RS tube implantation in our hospital from January 2017 to August 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were monocular,aged between 33 and 68 years,including 7 females and 2males.They were followed up for 12 months.Results All patients achieved good results.The lacrimal passage was flushed smoothly,and there was no recurrence during the follow-up period.Conclusions Lacrimal canaliculotomy combined with RS tube implantation is a good method for the treatment of canaliculitis.It has the advantages of low recurrence rate,low abscission rate,simple operation and good feeling of patients.
