摘  要:为探究大豆雄性不育系农艺及生理性状对单株皱粒百分比的影响,以异交结实率高、中、低的大豆不育系及相应的同型保持系为材料,于鼓粒期测定籽粒的可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、淀粉、GA、ABA、IAA、CTK、Eth、单株粒质量、单株粒数、百粒质量,于成熟期统计单株皱粒率,并对影响皱粒率的农艺及生理性状进行通径分析。结果表明:不育系各性状对于单株皱粒百分比的影响依次为可溶性蛋白>GA>ABA>Eth>CTK>IAA>淀粉>单株粒数>单株粒质量>可溶性糖>百粒质量;不育系存在严重的籽粒皱缩现象,且异交结实率越低,皱粒现象越明显;蛋白质、可溶性糖、淀粉的输送障碍以及库容量小是皱粒产生的主要原因。In order to explore the effects of agronomic and physiological characters of male soybean sterile lines on the percentage of wrinkled grains per plant,sterile soybean lines high,medium and low outcrossing rate and corresponding homologous maintainer lines were used as materials.The contents of soluble protein,soluble sugar,starch,GA,ABA,IAA,CTK,Eth,grain weight per plant,grain number per plant,100-grain weight were mea⁃sured at the pod filling period.Corrugation rate of single plant was measured at the maturity stage,and path anal⁃ysis of agronomic and physiological characters affecting corrugation rate was carried out.The results showed as followed:soluble protein>GA>ABA>Eth>CTK>IAA>starch>number of grains per plant>grain weight per plant>soluble sugar>100 grain weight.There were severe grain shrinkages in the sterile line,and the lower the outcrossing rate,the more obvious the grain shrinkage.Barriers to protein,soluble sugar,starch,and small storage capacity are the main causes of wrinkles.
