摘  要:为筛选综合性状优异的二棱大麦种质,以216份大麦种质资源为试验材料,通过相关分析、主成分分析、聚类分析等方法进行综合评价。结果表明:单株粒质量、单株粒数、分蘖数、主穗长等性状变异系数较高,千粒质量、株高、主穗粒数、主穗粒质量等性状变异系数较低,总体变异系数在7.91%~22.04%之间,多样性指数在1.90~2.08之间,千粒质量、穗下节间长、株高等性状遗传多样性较高;相关分析结果表明,多个性状间具有相互作用,主穗长与主穗粒数、主穗粒质量显著正相关,单株穗数与单株粒数、单株粒质量显著正相关,主穗粒质量与单株粒质量显著正相关。基于主成分分析的综合评价和聚类分析,将216份二棱大麦分为4类,第Ⅰ类表现为高秆、穗粒数多,第Ⅱ类高秆、穗长、分蘖力强,第Ⅲ类矮秆、穗粒数、粒质量较低,第Ⅳ类矮秆但穗下节间较长,其余性状较低。In order to screen two-row barley germplasm with excellent comprehensive traits,216 barley germplasm resources were selected as experimental materials,and comprehensive evaluation was carried out by correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that the coefficient of variation of traits such as grain weight per plant,grain number per plant,tiller number and main panicle length was high,while the coefficient of variation of traits such as thousand grain weight,plant height,main panicle number and main panicle weight was low,with the overall coefficient of variation ranging from 7.91%to 22.04%.The diversity index ranged from 1.90 to 2.08,and the genetic diversity of 1000-grain weight,subpanicle internode length and plant height was higher.The results of correlation analysis showed that there were interactions among the characters.The main panicle length was positively correlated with the number of grains per panicle and the weight of grains per panicle,the number of panicle per plant was positively correlated with the number of grains per plant and the weight of grains per plant,and the weight of grains per panicle was positively correlated with the weight of grains per plant.Based on the comprehensive evaluation and cluster analysis of principal component analysis,216 two-row barley were divided into 4 classes.ClassⅠshowed high culm and more grains per ear,classⅡshowed high culm,ear length and strong tillering ability,classⅢshowed low grain number per ear and grain weight,and classⅣshowed low traits but longer internode under ear.
