摘 要:对紫外光固化涂料的介电绝缘性能进行了探索研究,选择了紫外光固化涂料中不同类型的活性单体、低聚物和填料,并分别对其进行体积电阻率、击穿强度、介电常数、介质损耗分析,研究紫外光固化涂料的介电绝缘性能和相关影响因素。在相同配方和测试条件下,所测活性单体中1,6-己二醇二丙烯酸酯的击穿强度最高,异冰片基丙烯酸酯和4-丙烯酰吗啉的体积电阻率最高,而介电常数表现最好的是三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯。在固化完全的情况下,体积电阻率基本不受膜厚的影响,击穿强度具有随膜厚增加而降低的趋势。在所测的低聚物中,环氧类丙烯酸酯具有更高的体积电阻率,达到8.2×1017Ω·cm,并且介电常数和介质损耗都很低,相同相对分子质量的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯中,有机硅改性的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯具有更低的介电常数和介质损耗。This article is an exploratory study on the dielectric insulation properties of UV curable coatings.Different types of active monomers,oligomers and fillers in UV curable coatings were selected,and their volume resistivity,breakdown strength,dielectric constant and dielectric loss were analyzed respectively.The dielectric insulation properties and related influencing factors of UV curable coatings were studied.Under the same formula and test conditions,among the active monomers tested,1,6-hexanediol diacrylate had the highest breakdown strength,isobornyl acrylate and 4-acrylylmorpholine had the highest volume resistivity,and trimethylolpropane triacrylate had the best dielectric constant.When the curing was complete,the volume resistivity was basically unaffected by the film thickness,and the breakdown strength had a trend of decreasing with the increase of the film thickness.Among the oligomers tested,epoxy acrylate had a higher volume resistivity of 8.2×1017Ω·cm and very low dielectric constant and dielectric loss.Among polyurethane acrylates with the same molecular weight,silicone modified polyurethane acrylate had a lower dielectric constant and dielectric loss.
