摘　　要：北极地区拥有丰富的石油、天然气和矿产资源,这些资源的控制对于国家的能源战略和经济发展至关重要。基于此,北冰洋航线新战略地位日益凸显,海上船只和钻井平台的活动也更加频繁。由于受到北极地区等极端天气的影响,船舶在冰冷的水域行驶时,冰块的撞击可能会造成船体的损坏,所以冰区船舶涂料的性能必须达到极高的要求。综述了冰区行驶船舶与冰的作用及冰等级划分,冰区航行船舶涂料要求及现有涂料牌号和性能,旨在为冰区涂料的研究和发展提供借鉴和参考。The Arctic is rich in oil,gas and mineral resources,which is critical to the country’s energy strategy and economic development.Base on this,the new strategic position of the Arctic Ocean route is becoming increasingly prominent and the activities of offshore vessels and drilling platforms are also becoming more frequent.Due to extreme weather in the Arctic,when a ship is travelling in icy water,the impact of ice blocks may cause damage to the hull.So the coatings for ships sailing in ice regions must reach to extremely high requirement.The paper reviewed the interaction between ships sailing in ice regions and ice,classification of ice,as well as the coatings requirements,brands and performances of ships sailing in ice regions,aiming to provide reference of the research and development of ice region coatings.
