摘 要:纳米二氧化硅的应用领域十分广泛,在涂料行业也有着长远的发展。对环氧涂料进行纳米二氧化硅改性,并且通过红外光谱分析、漆膜附着力试验、漆膜耐冲击力测定、漆膜的硬度测试以及漆膜耐热性试验后,结果显示纳米二氧化硅改性环氧涂层有新的Si—O—C键产生,形成了致密的聚合物网络结构,涂料的综合性能显著增强。Nano-silica has a wide range of application.It also has a long-term development in the coatings industry.The epoxy coatings was modified with nano-silica.Through infrared analysis,film adhesion test,film impact resistance test,film hardness test and film heat resistance test,the results showed that new silico-oxygen-carbon bonds were formed and the dense polymer network structure was created.The comprehensive properties of nanosilica modified epoxy coatings were promoted.
