摘　　要：就汽车涂装生产过程中出现的电泳缩孔问题进行了分析探讨,并提出了相关措施。主要通过电泳烘房循环风量、槽体循环、车身折边胶量及电泳材料等方面的优化调整,最终得到一套适应现场的工艺参数,使得电泳缩孔有了明显的改善。The problems of ED crater in the process of automobile coating were analyzed and discussed,and the relevant measures were put forward.Through the optimization and adjustment of ED oven circulation air volume,the circulation of ED tank,the amount of hemming glue and ED materials,a set of process parameters adapted to the field was finally obtained,and the ED crater problems were improved obviously.
