摘　　要：炼油综合损失率是炼油企业一项重要的技术经济指标,反映了炼油企业对原油资源(包括外购原料)的利用程度,综合损失率越高,说明原油资源的利用程度越低。综合损失率不仅直接影响企业的经济效益,而且关系到企业绿色环保的管理水平。文章通过梳理炼油企业综合损失率的构成,对影响综合损失率指标的主要因素进行了分析,旨在规范炼油企业综合损失率的统计方法,提高炼油企业综合损失率数据统计核算的准确性。The comprehensive loss rate of oil refining is an important technical and economic index of oil refining enterprises,which reflects the full utilization degree of crude oil resources(including purchased raw materials).The higher the comprehensive loss rate,the lower the utilization degree of crude oil resources.The comprehensive loss rate not only directly affects the economic benefits of enterprises,but also relates to the management level of green environmental protection of enterprises.This paper analyzes the main factors that affect the comprehensive loss rate index by combing the composition of the comprehensive loss rate of oil refining enterprises,aiming at standardizing the statistical method of the comprehensive loss rate of oil refining enterprises and improving the accuracy of the comprehensive loss rate data.
