摘　　要：常减压装置减压塔转油线高温汽化段介质为气液两相流,高速段管线通常采用不锈钢和不锈钢复合板组合结构,而高速段的末端因管径较大,为节省投资通常采用爆炸不锈钢复合钢板。随着装置运行周期的延长和原料中环烷酸、硫等腐蚀产物的不稳定,以及介质的流速在运行中因处理负荷的不同而不断发生变化,爆炸不锈钢复合钢板内部衬板焊接热影响区和管道变径、变流区等薄弱环节极易发生应力腐蚀,导致泄漏,引发火灾事故。为解决此类问题,重点在转油线施工质量、检修质量、材质升级以及腐蚀物的监控等方面着手,从根源上杜绝隐患,在日常生产中做好超声检测及在线腐蚀监控报警等运行管控措施,以确保高温转油线在其腐蚀环境下的长周期安全运行。The medium in the high-temperature vaporization section of the oil transfer line of the vacuum tower of the atmospheric and vacuum pressure device is gas-liquid two-phase flow.The pipeline in the high-speed section is usually composed of stainless steel and stainless steel composite plate,and the end of the high-speed section is usually made of explosive stainless steel composite plate to save investment because of the large pipe diameter.With the extension of the operation cycle of the device and the instability of corrosion products such as naphthenic acid and sulfur in the raw materials,as well as the constant change of the flow rate of the medium in the operation due to the different processing loads,the weak links such as the welding heat affected zone of the lining plate of the explosive stainless steel composite plate and the reducing diameter and changing flow zone of the pipeline are prone to stress corrosion leading to leakage and fire accidents.In order to solve such problems,the focus is on the construction quality,maintenance quality,material upgrading,corrosion monitoring and other aspects of the oil transfer line,to eliminate hidden dangers from the root,and to do a good job in daily production of ultrasonic detection and online corrosion monitoring and alarm operation control measures to ensure that the high temperature oil transfer line in its corrosion environment for a long period of safe operation.
