摘 要:针对封闭式数据中心地板下送风冷通道垂直方向上气流组织均匀性差的问题,提出一种在冷通道侧设置的导流构件。利用正交试验将导流构件的三因素(高度、形状、粗糙度)和四水平(高度:2/2.1/2.2/2.3 m;形状:直板型、曲面型、等高阶跃型、等风量阶跃型;粗糙度:光滑、粗糙、带肋)做正交设计,通过数值模拟计算每组试验的回热指标(return heat index,I_(RH))和送风温度指数(return temperature index,I_(RT))2个热性能评价指标。采用极差分析法得出各因素的影响权重大小,并进一步通过数值模拟分析验证的方法获得导流构件的最佳结构组合。结果表明:导流构件的几何形状是影响数据中心热性能的主要因素,其次是粗糙度,高度尺寸的影响最小,最佳结构组合(2.2 m、曲面型、带肋)的I RH为0.372,I_(RT)为1.69,说明其对数据中心气流组织在垂直方向上的均匀性具有较好的优化作用。在实际工程设置导流构件时,可以优先考虑曲面型。A deflector installed on the side of the cold aisle was proposed to address the issue of poor air distribution uniformity in the vertical direction of the underfloor air supply cold aisle of the closed data center.The orthogonal experimental method was employed to investigate the three factors(height,shape,roughness)and four levels(height:2/2.1/2.2/2.3 m;shapes:flat panel,curved panel,equal step height,equal airflow step;surface roughness:smooth,rough,ribbed)of the deflector.Two thermal performance evaluation indicators,the return heat index(I_(RH))and the return temperature index(I_(RT))of the supply air,were calculated through numerical simulation for each experimental group.The range analysis method was used to determine the influence weight of each factor,and further numerical simulation analysis was conducted to verify the optimal structural combination of the deflector.The results indicate that the geometric shape of the deflector is the main factor affecting the thermal performance of the data center,followed by roughness and height size,which have the smallest impact.The I RH of the optimal structural combination is 0.372,and the I_(RT)is 1.69,indicating that it has a good optimization effect on the vertical uniformity of the airflow organization in the data center.When setting up deflectors in practical engineering,priority can be given to curved surfaces.
