摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱阴道瘘漏尿后即时经阴道修补的临床效果。方法选择2022年1月至2023年1月在解放军联勤保障部队第九七〇医院(威海院区)治疗的64例膀胱阴道瘘漏尿患者,根据治疗方案的不同分为对照组(32例)和观察组(32例)。观察组即时进行经阴道修补术治疗,对照组观察3个月后进行经阴道修补术治疗,比较两组的临床效果。结果两组临床疗效、临床相关指标、并发症发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论膀胱阴道瘘漏尿后即时或观察3个月后进行经阴道修补术的临床效果相当,且不影响临床相关指标,建议即时进行经阴道修补术,以减轻患者痛苦。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of immediate transvaginal repair after vesicovaginal fistula urinary leakage.Methods A total of 64 patients with vesicovaginal fistula urinary leakage who were treated in the 970th Hospital of Joint Support Force of PLA(Weihai Hospital)from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into control group(32 cases)and observation group(32 cases)according to different treatment regimens.The observation group was treated with immediate transvaginal repair,and the control group was treated with transvaginal repair after 3 months of observation.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results There were no significant differences in clinical efficacy,clinical related indexes and complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of immediate transvaginal repair after vesicovaginal fistula urinary leakage or 3 months after observation is equivalent,and it does not affect the clinical related indicators.It is recommended to perform immediate transvaginal repair to reduce the pain of patients.
