摘　　要：目的探讨早期综合发展指导在儿童保健中的应用效果。方法选取2021年10月至2022年10月于张掖市甘州区南街社区卫生服务中心建档的84例儿童为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=42)、观察组(n=42),对照组予常规保健指导,观察组予早期综合发展指导,比较两组儿童的身体发育情况、智力发育情况、儿童家属健康知识掌握情况。结果两组的头围、身高、体重比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组智力发育评分高于对照组,观察组儿童家属对保健知识的掌握程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期综合发展指导能够促进小儿智力与身体的发育,增强儿童家属保健知识的认知程度,在儿童保健中的应用效果显著。Objective To explore the application effect of early comprehensive development guidance in child health care.Methods A total of 84 children filed in South Street Community Health Service Center of Ganzhou District in Zhangye City from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=42)by the random number table method.The control group received routine health care guidance,while the observation group received early comprehensive development guidance.The physical development,intellectual development,and health knowledge mastery of children’s families were compared between the two groups.Results There were no statistically significant differences in head circumference,height and weight between the two groups(P>0.05).The score of intellectual development in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the degree of health knowledge mastery of children’s families in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early comprehensive development guidance can promote the development of children’s intelligence and body,and enhance the cognition degree of health knowledge of children’s family,with remarkable application effect in child health care.
