个性化心理护理在消化内镜检查儿童中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨个性化心理护理在消化内镜检查儿童中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月于泰州市人民医院进行消化内镜检查的儿童90例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(45例)和实验组(45例)。对照组给予基础护理,实验组在对照组基础上给予个性化心理护理。比较两组负面情绪、配合度及生理应激指标。结果护理后,实验组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组总配合度高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,实验组收缩压、舒张压与护理前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,实验组各项生理应激指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化心理护理在消化内镜检查儿童中的应用效果较好,能有效改善儿童的负面情绪,提高儿童配合度,使生理应激指标保持稳定,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the application effect of personalized psychological nursing in children undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods A total of 90 children who underwent gastrointestinal endoscopy in Taizhou People’s Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the control group(45 cases)and the experimental group(45 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given basic nursing,and the experimental group was given personalized psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.Negative emotions,compliance and physiological stress indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the experimental group were not significantly different from those before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the physiological stress indexes of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of personalized psychological nursing in children undergoing gastrointestinal endoscopy is good,which can effectively improve children’s negative emotions and compliance,and keep physiological stress indicators stable,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
