全面护理干预在孕产妇健康管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的分析全面护理干预在孕产妇健康管理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2020年6月深圳市罗湖区人民医院接收的100例孕产妇,根据随机抽签法将其分为实验组和参照组,每组各50例。参照组在产前检查中实施常规护理,实验组则在产前检查中实施全面护理干预,比较两组产妇的健康知识、分娩情况及并发症发生率。结果实验组产妇自然分娩率高于参照组,且在干预后实验组产妇的健康知识评分高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组产妇的并发症总发生率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在孕产妇健康管理中行全面护理干预可有效提升产妇的孕期健康知识,从而提升产妇的自然分娩率,降低并发症发生率,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the health management of pregnant women.Methods From January 2019 to June 2020,100 cases of pregnant women in Shenzhen Luohu District People’s Hospital were selected and divided into experimental group and reference group according to the random draw method,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group implemented routine nursing care during prenatal checkups,while the experimental group implemented comprehensive nursing intervention during prenatal checkups.The health knowledge,delivery situation and the incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results The natural delivery rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the health knowledge score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group after the intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in the health management of pregnant women can effectively improve maternal health knowledge during pregnancy,so as to improve the natural delivery rate of pregnant women and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
