社区护理干预在老年女性尿路感染患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的观察社区护理干预在老年女性尿路感染患者中的应用效果。方法选取上海市徐汇区天平街道社区卫生服务中心2022年1月至2023年1月接诊的96例老年女性尿路感染患者,依照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各48例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予社区护理干预,比较两组患者的遵医行为、生活质量评分和复发率。结果干预后,观察组患者的遵医行为高于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论社区护理干预可显著提高老年女性尿路感染患者的遵医行为,提升生活质量,降低复发率。Objective To observe the application effect of community nursing intervention in elderly female patients with urinary tract infection.Methods From January 2022 to January 2023,96 elderly female patients with urinary tract infection in Tianping Street Community Health Service Center of Xuhui District in Shanghai City were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given community nursing intervention.Compliance behavior,quality of life score,and recurrence rate were compared.Results After the intervention,the compliance behavior of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Community nursing intervention can significantly improve the compliance behavior of elderly female urinary tract infection patients,improve the quality of life,and reduce the recurrence rate.
