摘  要:熔断器在经受一定电应力特别是长期工作后会产生寿命疲劳,进而发生失效。选取了航天器用国产全固态厚膜熔断器作为典型品种,开展国产全固态厚膜熔断器高温寿命的研究。将环境温度和工作电流作为变化因子设计不同的试验条件,并在试验过程中监测熔断器冷态电阻的变化趋势及2000、4000 h后熔断时间。最后,对试验结果和数据进行了系统、深入的分析,得出熔断器在不同条件下高温寿命,为熔断器的选型提供了借鉴。The fuse will have life fatigue after withstanding certain electrical stress,especially after long-term operation,and then fail.The high-temperature life of all-solid thick film fuses used in aerospace is studied by selecting them as typical varieties.Different test conditions are designed by taking the ambient temperature and working current as the change factors,and the change trend of the cold resistance of the fuses during the test and the fuses break time after 2000 h and 4000 h are monitored.Finally,based on the systematic and in-depth analysis of the test results and data,the high temperature life of the fuse under different conditions is obtained,which provides reference for the selection of the fuse.
