摘 要:为了探索分析备件分类、需求预测和库存管理研究规律,并为后续装备备件规划分析提供参考,通过对国内工业设备、汽车、风电、轨道交通、电网、船舶和制造业等行业领域进行调研,分别从解析法和仿真分析方法两个角度着重分析备件分类、需求预测和库存管理相结合的研究现状,梳理了影响备件分类的关键因素、方法和模型,以及针对不同种类备件数据特点的预测方法和库存管理理论。形成了备件分类、需求预测和库存管理方法的主要应用原则,可为型号装备备件分类、需求预测和库存管理的工程应用研究提供参考。In order to explore and analyze the research rules of spare parts classification,demand forecasting and inventory management,and to provide reference for subsequent equipment spare parts planning and analysis,through the investigation of domestic industrial equipment,automobile,wind power,rail transit,power grid,shipbuilding,manufacturing and other industry fields,from the perspectives of analytical method and simulation analysis method,the research status of the combination of spare parts classification,demand forecasting and inventory management are focused on,and the key factors,methods and models that affect the spare parts classification,as well as the prediction methods and inventory management theory according to the characteristics of different kinds of spare parts data are sorted out.The main application principles of spare parts classification,demand forecasting and inventory management methods are formed,which can provide reference for the engineering application research of model equipment spare parts classification,demand forecasting and inventory management.
