摘  要:以一对芒长存在差异的小麦(Triticum aestivum L.)近等基因系CSAM1(长芒)和CSAM2(短芒)为研究材料,对其农艺性状、光合作用能力进行了调查,并对芒长性状进行了初步的遗传分析。结果表明,CSAM1(长芒)与CSAM2(短芒)在株高、株型、穗长、抽穗期、开花期、小穗数、穗粒数等性状方面均无明显差异,而芒长差异极显著(P<0.01);CSAM1(长芒)穗部的光合能力和千粒重都高于CSAM2(短芒);遗传分析表明芒长性状的遗传由单基因控制,短芒为显性,长芒为隐性。A pair of near-isogenic lines CSAM1(long awn)and CSAM2(short awn)with different awn length were used as materials to investigate their character and photosynthetic ability,and genetic analysis of awn length was carried out.The results showed that the plant height,plant type,ear length,heading date,flowering date,spikelet number and grain number per spike were no significant difference between CSAM1 and CSAM2,and the difference of awn length was highly significant(P<0.01).The photosynthetic capacity and 1000-grain weight of CSAM1 were higher than those of CSAM2.Genetic analysis showed that the inheritance of awn length character was controlled by a single gene,short awn was dominant and long awn was recessive.
