广西百色西番莲茎基腐病病原菌分离与鉴定

摘  要:采用组织分离法、科赫法则及rDNA-ITS测序鉴定等方法,对广西百色市西番莲(Passiflora coerulea L.)茎基腐病致病菌进行分离、培养和鉴定。结果表明,分离鉴定获得6种不同形态和致病力的病原真菌,其中4株分别鉴定为尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum)、烟草疫霉菌(Phytophthora nicotianae)、焦腐病菌(Lasiodiplodia theobromae)和串珠镰刀菌(Fusarium moniliforme),2株为镰刀菌属(Fusarium),但尚未鉴定到种。The pathogen of Passiflora coerulea L.stem rot in Baise City,Guangxi were isolated,cultured and identified by means of tissue separation,Koch’s rule and rDNA-ITS sequencing.The results showed that 6 kinds of pathogenic fungi with different morphology and pathogenicity were isolated and identified.Four strains were identified as Fusarium oxysporum,Phytophthora nicotianae,Lasiodiplodia theobromae and Fusarium moniliforme,2 strains were identified as Fusarium,but their the species had not been identified.
