摘 要:肯尼亚斯瓦克多用途水利开发项目的施工围堰为土石围堰,上游土石围堰最大高度为27.5 m,围堰河床基础存在厚约20 m的细沙层,地质情况复杂。根据业主标书要求,设计人员采用欧美标准进行了施工围堰设计。笔者详细介绍施工围堰的导流方式和设计标准、围堰结构设计,以及采用GeoStudio设计软件对施工围堰的渗流稳定进行计算分析的过程和结果,并提出围堰填筑材料参数要求。施工围堰安全度过了2022年、2023年汛期,证明设计方案是安全可靠的。该文对国外水利水电工程施工围堰设计有一定的借鉴作用。The construction cofferdam of the Thwake Multi-Purpose Water Development Program in Kenya is an earth-rockfill cofferdam.The maximum height of the upstream earth-rockfill cofferdam is 27.5 m.There is a fine sand layer with a thickness of about 20 m in the riverbed foundation of the cofferdam,and the geological conditions are complex.According to the requirements of the owner's bidding documents,the designers have adopted European and American standards for the construction cofferdam design.The author introduces in detail the diversion mode and design standard of construction cofferdam,cofferdam structure design,and the process and results of calculation and analysis of seepage stability of construction cofferdam by using GeoStudio design software,and puts forward the requirements of cofferdam filling material parameters.The construction cofferdam has safely passed the flood season of 2022 and 2023,which proves that the design scheme is safe and reliable.This paper has a certain reference for the construction cofferdam design of foreign water conservancy and hydropower projects.
