摘 要:在抽水蓄能机组的水力过渡过程中,水泵紧急断电工况的过渡过程品质至关重要。关于水泵断电时是否会出现反转,反转是否影响机组安全稳定运行,行业内至今未达成共识。为探究引起水泵反转的主要因素,笔者运用有压瞬变流理论,分析了导叶关闭规律、0°开度力矩特性及管道特性对水泵反转的影响。结果表明:两段折线关闭规律可以较好地规避水泵反转现象的发生;0°开度力矩特性对水泵反转影响不大;不同的管道特性参数对反转转速有较大影响。In the hydraulic transition process of pumped storage units,the quality of the transition process under the pump emergency outage condition is very important.There is no consensus in the industry on whether there will be a reversal when the pump is powered off and whether the reversal will affect the safe and stable operation of the unit.In order to explore the main factors that cause pump reversal,the authors used the theory of pressure transient flow to analyze the influence of guide vane closing law,0°opening torque characteristics and pipeline characteristics on pump reversal.The results show that the two-stage broken line closing law can better avoid the occurrence of pump reversal phenomenon;The torque characteristics of 0°opening have little effect on the pump reversal;Different pipeline characteristic parameters have a great influence on the reversal speed.
