摘 要:龙江水情自动测报系统建于2007年6月,至2018年该系统多数设备已达到标准规定的允许使用年限。为保证该系统运行的可靠性、提高测报精度、增加上游实时水情的预见期、增加发电效益,对水调系统和龙江水情自动测报系统同步进行更新改造。笔者分析了原水情自动测报系统存在的问题,阐述了系统改造实施以及改造后在水库调度中的应用,并提出运行管理应关注的问题。结合试运行效果,认为系统改造符合当前水情水调系统发展趋势,满足调度生产要求。The Longjiang hydrological data auto-acquisition and transmission system was built in June 2007.By2018,most of the equipment in the system had reached the allowable service life specified in the standard.In order to ensure the reliability of the system operation,improve the accuracy of forecasting,increase the forecast period of upstream real-time water regime,and increase the efficiency of power generation,the water dispatching system and the Longjiang hydrological data auto-acquisition and transmission system are synchronously updated and reformed.The author analyzes the problems existing in the original hydrological data auto-acquisition and transmission system,expounds the implementation of the system transformation and the application in reservoir operation after the transformation,and puts forward the problems that should be paid attention to in operation management.Combined with the trial operation effect,it is considered that the system transformation is in line with the current development trend of water regime and water regulation system and meets the requirements of dispatching production.
