摘  要:针对超龄水轮发电机转子磁极存在绝缘老化,大化水力发电总厂提出结合机组A级检修对磁极进行技术创新改造。笔者介绍了超龄发电机转子磁极改造的原因、必要性和方案论证,以及磁极绝缘改造的情况。结果表明:采用F级绝缘替代B级绝缘,可消除磁极层间绝缘老化的安全隐患,降低安全风险;提高磁极的绝缘性能,可提升机组的使用寿命,提高机组的效率,确保机组长期安全稳定运行。可为同类型机组设备改造、技术创新提供实践经验,具有指导性。In view of the insulation aging of the magnetic pole of the overage hydrogenerator rotor,Dahua Hydropower Plant proposed to carry out technological innovation and transformation of the magnetic pole in combination with the A class maintenance of the unit.The author introduces the reasons,necessity and scheme demonstration of the magnetic pole transformation of the overage generator rotor,as well as the situation of the magnetic pole insulation transformation.The results show that the use of F class insulation instead of B class insulation can eliminate the potential safety hazard of insulation aging between magnetic poles and reduce the safety risk;Improving the insulation performance of the magnetic pole can improve the service life of the unit,improve the efficiency of the unit,and ensure the long-term safe and stable operation of the unit.It can provide practical experience and guidance for equipment transformation and technological innovation of the same type of unit.
