摘　　要：随着6×19S+FC和8×19(S)+FC直径不大于10.00 mm小规格电梯钢丝绳生产合同的增加,原有股绳捻制设备已不能满足市场生产的需要。根据工艺要求:捻制钢丝直径0.25~1.00 mm,捻制股直径1.50~6.00 mm,捻距15~60 mm,筒体转速1 200~1 500 r/min,收线工字轮直径400~630 mm,通过计算设计了一种GGZ18/200股绳机。股绳机主机传动功率为11 kW,主机与牵引、收线采用机械联动方式,采用32级捻距变速箱通过手柄控制实现捻距要求。股绳机安全罩采用全封闭式防护系统,安全性好,噪声较低。With increase of production contracts of diameter not greater than 10.00 mm small elevator rope 6×19S+FC and 8×19(S)+FC,original stranded rope lay equipment can not meet requirement of market production.According to process requirements,lay diameter steel wire is 0.25~1.00 mm,lay strand diameter is 1.50~6.00 mm,lay pitch is 15~60 mm,cylinder speed is 1200~1500 r/min,diameter of take-up spool is 400~630 mm.GGZ18/200 stranded rope machine is designed by calculation.The main drive power of stranded rope machine is 11 kW,main machine adopts mechanical linkage mode with traction and take-up,and 32 level lay pitch gearbox is controlled by handle to achieve lay pitch requirements.The safety cover of stranded rope machine adopts fully enclosed protection system,which has good safe-ty and low noise.
