摘 要:桥梁缆索钢丝长期承受巨大载荷,又处于高温和海水侵蚀环境中,极易发生应力腐蚀开裂。研究热浸镀锌在改善钢丝耐蚀性、延长桥梁使用寿命方面的作用。采用恒载荷应力腐蚀方法,结合电化学测试,研究了锌镀层对桥梁缆索钢丝应力腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明,在70%F_(max)和NH_(4)SCN质量分数为20%溶液的共同作用下,热浸镀锌可以使应力腐蚀开裂时间从21.8 h延长至89.4 h。在钢丝生产过程中提高镀层与基体之间的冶金结合并开发耐蚀性好的镀层材料,可以有效改善钢丝的耐应力腐蚀性能。Steel wire for bridge cable has to bear huge load for long time,and is in environment of high temperature and seawater erosion,it is easy to have stress corrosion cracking.Effect of hot dip galvanizing on improving steel wire corrosion resistance and prolonging bridge service life was studied.Effect of zinc coating on stress corrosion behavior of bridge cable steel wire was studied by constant load stress corrosion method and electrochemical test.Results show that under synergistic action of 70% F_(max) and NH_(4)SCN massfraction 20% solution,hot dip galvanizing can prolong stress corrosion cracking time from 21.8 h to 89.4 h.Improving metallurgical combination between coating and matrix and developing new coating materi-als in steel wire production process,can effectively improve stress corrosion resistance of steel wire.
