摘  要:对年产15万t预应力钢绞线生产线进行能耗分析评价。通过改造表面处理生产线、压缩空气供气系统、拉丝机和中频感应冷却循环系统,完善车间生产工艺流程布局。车间屋面板加装光伏板,太阳能回收利用,建立能耗在线监测系统,实现能源统一管理,综合分析,每年节能折合标煤717.6 tce,电费按照0.55元/(kW·h)计算,可降低生产成本约321.2万元/年。To analyze and evaluate energy consumption of 150000 t/a prestressed steel strand production line.Improve pro-duction process layout of workshop by renovating surface treatment production line,compressed air supply system,wire drawing machine and medium frequency induction cooling circulation system.Install photovoltaic panels on workshop roof panel,recycle and utilize solar energy,establish online energy consumption monitoring system,and achieve unified energy management.Based on comprehensive analysis,annual energy saving is equivalent to 717.6 tce of standard coal.Assum-ing that electricity bill is calculated at 0.55 yuan/(kW.h),annual production cost can be reduced about 3.212 million yuan.
