摘　　要：保障残疾人就业是社会进步与发展的重要体现。随着我国残疾保障制度的完善和社会环境的改善,高校残疾毕业生的就业工作也得到了越来越高的重视。对高校残疾毕业生就业现状进行全面而深入地调查研究,从个人能力、就业环境和教育资源等多个角度分析导致其就业困难的瓶颈因素。在此基础上,我们将提出一系列针对性的对策和建议,旨在为改善陕西高校残疾毕业生的就业状况提供有效的解决方案。Ensuring employment for disabled people is an important manifestation of social progress and development.With the improvement of China's disability protection system and the improvement of social environment,the employment work of disabled college graduates has also received increasing attention.Conduct a comprehensive and in-depth investigation and research on the employment status of disabled college graduates,and analyze the bottleneck factors that lead to their employment difficulties from multiple perspectives such as personal abilities,employment environment,and educational resources.On this basis,we will propose a series of targeted countermeasures and suggestions,aiming to provide effective solutions for improving the employment situation of disabled graduates in Shaanxi universities.
