延边地区朝鲜族传统民居建筑价值评价体系研究

摘　　要：文章参照国家现行评价体系,梳理我国延边地区朝鲜族传统民居建筑价值特征,采取层次分析法(AHP),从历史沿革、传统文化、建筑本体、艺术价值四个方面确立评价指标,运用德尔菲法解析各指标的权重,构建完整的传统民居价值评价指标体系模型,基于评价结果分类提出保护策略,为延边地区朝鲜族传统民居保护与评估提供参考。Referring to the current national evaluation system,this paper sorts out the value characteristics of Chinerse-Korean traditional residential buildings in Yanbian area,adopts the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to establishe evaluation indicators from four aspects:historical evolution,traditional culture,architectural ontology and artistic value,and uses Delphi method to analyze the weight of the indicators.A complete evaluation index system model of traditional residential buildings value is constructed.Protection strategies are proposed based on the classification of the evaluation results,which provides references for the protection and evaluation of Chinerse-Korean traditional residential buildings in Yanbian area。
