摘 要:为了给天线设备提供必要的保护,同时尽可能降低对天线阵列的方向图、增益的影响,对天线罩进行了基于气动、结构强度、电磁透波性能的多学科协同设计。气动外形方面通过对外形的曲面优化减阻设计了阻力较小的流线纺锤外形。在满足飞行器结构强度以及透波性能要求的基础上,天线罩采用A夹层结构,内外各0.5 mm石英纤维/环氧树脂蒙皮,中间采用5 mm芳纶纸蜂窝。通过气动载荷输入条件验证了结构变形为8 mm,有效入射角度范围透波率≥80%,结构强度刚度以及透波性能均符合设计要求。In order to provide necessary protection for the antenna equipment and reduce the influence on antenna array pattern and gain as much as possible,the multidisciplinary collaborative design for the radome based on aerodynamic,structural strength and electromagnetic wave transmittance performance is carried out in this paper.In terms of aerodynamic shape,streamline spindle shape with small resistance is designed by optimizing the curved surface of the shape to reduce resistance.On the basis of meeting the structural strength and wave transmittance performance requirements of the aircraft,the radome adopts an A-sandwich structure,0.5 mm quartz fiber/epoxy resin skin inside and outside,and 5 mm aramid paper honeycomb in the middle.Through the input condition of aerodynamic load to verify that the structural deformation is 8 mm,the wave transmittance rate in the effective incidence angle range≥80%,and the structural strength,stiffness and wave transmittance performance meet the design requirements.
