摘  要:随着毫米波电磁环境日渐复杂,毫米波侦察设备的需求也变得日益迫切。设计了一种用于毫米波比幅测向系统的前端接收组件,基于连续检波对数视频放大器(SDLVA)确定了变频方案以及射频链路的噪声系数和增益。为了满足小型化要求,使用了一种射频电路和电源控制的混合组装工艺。组件工作在18~30 GHz,体积小,集成度高,动态范围达到了47 dB,幅度一致性不超过±2 dB,注入-65 dBm的射频信号时,信噪比不低于200 mV。这些指标都达到了很高的要求,具有广阔的应用前景。With the increasing complexity of the millimeter wave electromagnetic environment,the demand for millimeter wave reconnaissance equipment becomes more and more urgent.The front-end receiving components used in the millimeter amplitude-comparison direction finding system are designed in this paper,and the noise figure and gain of frequency conversion scheme and radio frequency(RF)link based on successive detection logarithmic video amplifer is determined.In order to meet the requirements of miniaturization,a hybrid assembly process of RF circuit and power control is applied.The component works on 18~30 GHz with small size and high integration,and the dynamic range is 47 dB,meanwhile the amplitude consistency does not exceed±2 dB with-65 dBm injection,the signal-noise-ratio is not less than 200 mV.These indexes have reached very high demand,so the component has broad application prospects.
