摘 要:为了提高垃圾焚烧发电效率,分析了垃圾焚烧发电不同蒸汽参数对汽轮机、锅炉、焚烧炉、运行和经济成本方面的影响,找到了不同蒸汽参数的优缺点。结果表明:提高锅炉蒸汽参数可以提高垃圾焚烧电厂垃圾处理效率和经济效益;中温中压参数适用于小规模、低热值垃圾的处理;随着垃圾热值的提高和处理需求的增加,中温次高压参数具有更好的适应性和经济性;蒸汽温度的提高对发电经济性的贡献大于蒸汽压力的提高。In order to improve the efficiency of waste incineration power generation,an analysis was conducted on the impact of different steam parameters on the turbine,boiler,incinerator,operation,and economic costs.The advantages and disadvantages of different steam parameters were identified.The results indicate that increasing the steam parameters of the boiler can improve the efficiency and economic benefits of waste incineration power plants.Medium temperature and medium pressure parameters are suitable for the treatment of small-scale and low calorific value waste.With the increase in waste calorific value and treatment demand,medium temperature and sub-high pressure parameters have better adaptability and economic feasibility.The increase of steam temperature contributes more to economic feasibility of power generation than that of steam pressure.
