摘  要:目的探讨心脉通胶囊(XMT)对离体大鼠胸主动脉舒张作用的影响及机制。方法采用大鼠胸主动脉环张力测定法,观察不同浓度XMT(200、400及800 g/L)对去甲肾上腺素(NE)和氯化钾(KCl)预收缩胸主动脉环的舒张作用及量效曲线的影响;以NE作为血管收缩刺激剂,观察XMT对内钙释放与外钙内流的影响。结果XMT使NE和KCl的量效曲线向右下移动,最大反应性降低;在无钙Kerbs液中,XMT抑制NE诱导内钙释放所诱导的血管收缩反应,对复钙后NE所致的血管持续收缩具有抑制趋势。结论XMT可使离体大鼠胸主动脉条舒张,该作用可能与钙离子拮抗有关。Objective To explore the effect and mechanism of cardiovetong capsule(XMT)on relaxation in isolated rat thoracic aorta.Methods The effects of different concentrations of XMT(200,400,and 800 g/L)on the relaxation and curve of noradrenaline(NE)and potassium chloride(KCl)were observed by the tension mensuration of rat thoracic aorta.Using NE as a vasoconstrictor stimulant,the effect of XMT on internal calcium release and external calcium influx was observed.Results XMT shifted the magnitude and effect curves of NE and KCl to the lower right with reduced maximum reactivity.In calcium-free Kerbs fluid,XMT inhibited the vasoconstrictive response induced by NE-induced internal calcium release,which showed a suppression trend to the persistent vasoconstriction caused by NE after the calcium recovery.Conclusion XMT causes bar relaxation in isolated rat thoracic aorta,and this effect may be related to calcium antagonism.
