摘  要:搅拌反应釜的混合效率对物耗、能耗和污染有很大的影响.本研究采用双摄像头定位方法研究示踪球在三维搅拌系统中的运动轨迹,利用计算几何学Cube Line Picking理论,提出单位立方体区域内混合均匀性的三维平均距离方法(标准参照值约为0.661 7),定量评价三维立方体搅拌区域内的混合均匀性.利用计算几何学凸包理论估算搅拌有效区体积,定量分析搅拌有效区占整个搅拌槽的比例.结果表明,三维平均距离和搅拌有效区体积之间具有高度相关关系,相关系数约为0.92.这项研究结果对工程应用具有重要价值,为搅拌系统三维均匀性测量及优化三维搅拌技术提供理论指导.The mixing efficiency of a stirred reactor significantly impacts material consumption,energy consumption,and pollution.In this study,a dual-camera positioning method was used to investigate the motion trajectory of tracer particles in a three-dimensional mixing system.By employing computational geometry theory,specifically the Cube Line Picking theory,a three-dimensional average distance method for assessing the uniformity of mixing within a unit cube region(with a standard reference value of approximately 0.661 7) was proposed.This method quantitatively evaluates the mixing uniformity within the three-dimensional cubic mixing region.Additionally,the convex hull theory from computational geometry was used to estimate the volume of the effective mixing region,allowing for a quantitative analysis of the proportion of the effective mixing region relative to the entire mixing vessel.The results showed a strong correlation(with a correlation coefficient of approximately 0.92) between the three-dimensional average distance and the volume of the effective mixing region.These findings hold significant value for engineering applications and provide theoretical guidance for measuring three-dimensional uniformity in mixing systems and optimizing three-dimensional mixing technology.
