摘 要:湿法炼锌产生的铁渣含有大量的锌、铁等有价金属,具有很高的综合回收利用价值,但其含水率普遍较高,影响后续有价金属的回收,因此需对其进行预脱水处理.研究了超声频率、超声时间及超声功率对铁渣滤饼含水率、比阻抗、CST等的影响.当超声波频率为20 kHz,功率70 W,超声时间20 s时,锌冶炼铁渣滤饼的含水率比未经处理的锌冶炼铁渣下降了2.84%,CST缩短了19.5 s,比阻抗值减小了53%.通过对比超声作用前后原料的粒度分布、SEM分析,表明超声波能调整铁渣颗粒的粒度分布,改变铁渣颗粒的形貌,从而影响其脱水性能.The iron slag produced from zinc hydrometallurgy contains a considerable amount of valuable metals such as zinc and iron,making it of high comprehensive recycling value.However,its high moisture content hinders the subsequent recovery of valuable metals,necessitating a pre-dewatering treatment.This study investigated the effects of ultrasound frequency,ultrasound duration,and ultrasound power on the moisture content,specific resistance,and capillary suction time(CST) of iron slag filter cakes.When the ultrasound frequency was 20 kHz,power was 70 W,and ultrasound duration was 20 s,the moisture content of the iron slag filter cake from zinc smelting decreased by 2.84% compared to untreated iron slag.The CST shortened by 19.5 s,and the specific resistance decreased by 53%.By comparing the particle size distribution and SEM analysis of the raw material before and after ultrasound treatment,it was demonstrated that ultrasound could adjust the particle size distribution of the iron slag and alter the morphology of slag particles,thereby affecting its dewatering performance.
