摘  要:混合直流输电线路的拓扑结构与常规直流输电系统有很大的不同,现有的线路保护不能很好地满足其速动性和选择性要求。以昆柳龙直流工程为研究背景,基于短时傅里叶变换提出一种单端混合直流输电线路电流暂态量保护方法。该方法根据换流器直流侧故障电流增大量判断是否启动保护;根据短时傅里叶变换和时频谱分析判断故障是否发生在区域内;当故障发生在保护范围内且方向判别元件满足要求时保护动作。The topological structure of hybrid HVDC transmission line differs largely from that of conventional HVDC system.The existing line protection cannot meet the requirements for its quickness and selectivity.Based on the Kunliulong DC project,this paper proposes a current transient protection method for single-ended hybrid DC transmission lines based on short-time Fourier transform.The proposed method determines whether to start protection according to the increment of the fault current on the DC side of the converter,and whether the fault occurs in the region by using short-time Fourier transform and time-spectrum analysis.Protection will be activated when the fault occurs within the protection range and the directional discriminating element meets the requirements.
