摘 要:针对山区复杂地势,提出分别采用通长式和分体式两种横梁布局方式的新型铝合金轻型无跨越架跨越系统支承装置设计方案。结合某工程2B7-ZB2型直线塔跨越案例,进行部分封网施工的承载索张力理论计算,获得承载索正常工况和事故工况下的支承装置外载荷。利用有限元法对两种支承装置进行结构承载力仿真分析,验证设计方案。仿真结果显示,两种支承装置均有较好的结构承载能力,其中分体式支承装置具有更好的有效性与优势。In view of the complex terrain in mountainous areas,two new designs of lightweight Al alloy support devices for non-cross-frame over-crossing system are proposed,which adopt two types of crossbeam layout respectively,namely through-length type and split type.With respect to a project′s 2B7-ZB2 type linear tower spanning case,this paper performs the theoretical calculation of the load-bearing cable tension of the construction of the partial sealing network,to obtain the tension of the load-bearing cable under normal and accident conditions.The finite element method is used to simulate the structural load-bearing capacity of the two types of supporting devices and to verify the design solutions.The simulation results show that both of the new support devices have a better structural load-bearing capacity,and that the split support device has a higher effectiveness and more advantages.
