摘 要:蓄电式新能源牵引机车通过替代传统内燃机车,助力实现铁路货运的低碳环保发展,是牵引机车未来研究的方向之一。蓄电式新能源牵引机车将驱动能量来源改变为存储电力的储能电池,其电传动系统的设计方法是当前研究面临的核心问题之一。为此,依据铁路货运工程的技术参数需求,提出了一种蓄电式新能源牵引机车电传动系统的设计方法,设计并实现了电传动系统中的电池储能系统、功率变换系统、牵引电机系统及网络控制系统。研究可为蓄电式新能源牵引机车的整车设计和实际工程应用提供参考。Rechargeable new energy traction locomotive will replace the traditional diesel locomotive in future with aiming to achieve low-carbon and environmental development of railway freight.The rechargeable new energy traction locomotive is driven by electricity stored in storage batteries and the design method of its electric drive system is one of the core demanding technologies to complete the vehicle design.According to the requirements of the main technical parameters of railway freight,this paper puts forward the design and implementation methods for each component of the electric drive system of rechargeable new energy traction locomotive.The electric drive system is composed of battery energy storage system,power converter system,traction motor system and network control system.This work can provide reference for the whole vehicle design and practical engineering application for the rechargeable new energy traction locomotive.
