严寒地区预制舱保温技术研究

摘　　要：在建造模块化变电站时,为了满足严寒地区设备运行温度要求,应确保预制舱具有良好的保温效果。从预制舱保温材料和保温工艺两个方面,讨论了低温环境下预制舱保温技术。其中,聚氨酯发泡材料和岩棉板分别作为有机与无机材料,表现出了良好的保温性能,也可通过增加保温层数量及厚度,来提高预制舱保温效果。During the construction of modular substation,it is necessary to ensure an adequate thermal insulation effect of the prefabricated cabin,so that it can be used in severe cold areas.This paper discusses the thermal insulation technology from two aspects,thermal insulation materials and thermal insulation technique.It points out that polyurethane foam material and rock wool board,as organic and inorganic materials respectively,have good thermal insulation performance.Besides appropriate selection of insulation materials,the thermal insulation effect of prefabricated cabin can also be improved by increasing the number and thickness of thermal insulation layer.
