摘  要:预绞式悬垂线夹由于应力分布均匀、安装方便等优点被广泛应用。对近年来特高压工程预绞式地线悬垂线夹出现的故障进行总结分析,分别针对悬垂预绞丝、套壳本体、U型抱箍和螺栓等部件从设计、材料选型和工艺优化等方面提出改进措施,提高预绞式悬垂线夹的机械强度和稳定性,希望为设计、生产制造及运维提供借鉴。Armor grip suspension clamp(AGS clamp)is widely used due to its advantages of uniform stress distribution and convenient installation.In this paper,based on summarizing and analysing the faults of AGS clamp occurring in UHV projects in recent years,countermeasures are proposed from the perspectives of design,material selection and process optimization with respect to the major components such as preformed rods,clamp body,U-shaped hoop and bolt,respectively,so as to improve the mechanical strength and stability of the AGS clamp.The paper is expected to serve as a reference for the design,production,manufacturing and operation and maintenance.
