摘  要:工业平缝机曲柄连杆机构将主轴旋转运动转化为往复运动,将曲柄连杆机构整体作为研究对象进行受力分析是常用的分析方法。论文以曲柄主轴为研究对象,解析获得曲柄主轴径向力并结合工程实际进行简化。设计不同曲柄MR,使径向力或其水平分量达到最小,以平衡主轴离心惯性力。结合实例对曲柄结构进行优化,经MotionView多体动力学分析,验证该惯性力平衡方法是有效的,相比传统曲柄机构分析优化方法,效率更高,指向性更强,对平缝机振动性能的工程开发具有积极意义。The crank-rod mechanism of industrial sewing machine transforms the rotation motion of spindle into reciprocating motion.Taking the whole crank-rod mechanism as research object,which is conventional for force analysis.This essay takes the crank shaft as research object,analyses the radial force of crank shaft which is simplified according to engineering practice.Various cranks of different MR are designed to balance the centrifugal inertia force of the spindle,which makes the radial force or horizontal component of radial force reached minimum.Based on this,the crank structure is optimized with an example.Through MotionView multi-body dynamics analysis,it is verified that the inertia force balance method is effective.Compared with the traditional crank mechanism analysis and optimization method,it is more efficiently,directional and has positive significance for NvH performance development of sewing machine.
