摘 要:某铜冶炼厂采用半湿法工艺处理铜阳极泥,产出的分银渣中金、银含量较高,返回铜冶炼系统处理后造成金、银的损失。针对此问题,分析铜阳极泥处理工艺中原料、浆化、硫酸化焙烧、酸浸分铜、氯化分金、氨浸分银等工序影响最后分银渣金、银含量的因素,最后提出优化工艺优化建议。通过优化工艺参数,强化渣洗涤作业,分银渣中金、银含量分别由200 g/t、15 000 g/t降至38 g/t,银含量为4 756 g/t,金、银回收率均为99%,经济效益显著提高。The semi-wet process was used to treat copper anode slime in a copper smelter.The content of gold and silver in the silver separation slag produced was high,and the gold and silver was lost after returning to the copper smelting system for treatment.In view of this problem,the factors affecting the content of gold and silver in the final silver slag were analyzed in the process of raw materials,slurrying,sulfating roasting,acid leaching of copper,chlorination of gold and ammonia leaching of silver in the copper anode slime treatment process.Finally,the optimization process optimization suggestions were put forward.By optimizing the process parameters and strengthening the slag washing operation,the content of silver in the silver slag was reduced from 15000 g/t to 4756 g/t,and the gold content was reduced from 200 g/t to 38 g/t.The recovery rate of gold and silver was 99%,and the economic benefit was significantly improved.
