摘 要:谦比希铜矿东南矿体主要采用预切顶下向平行中深孔采矿法进行开采,然而在爆破回采作业过程中,炮孔底部严重根底问题频繁发生,进而造成后续崩矿高度降低、铲运机出矿作业效率低下等问题。为解决以上问题,研究以谦比希铜矿下向孔爆破为工程背景,采用LS-DYNA建立了不同炮孔超深下的底板控制爆破模型,通过对比分析不同模型的爆破损伤范围,得出最优炮孔超深,进一步地开展现场验证试验并提出了相应的底板控制施工建议措施。The southeast ore body of the Chambishi Copper Mine is mainly mined by the pre⁃cutting roof parallel downward medium⁃deep hole mining method.However,in the process of blasting and mining operations,bedrock frequently occurs,which leads to a decrease in the height of the subsequent blasting,the low efficiency of the mining operation of the scraper and other problems.In order to solve the above problems,this study takes the downward hole blasting of Chambishi Copper Mine as the engineering background,and uses LS⁃DYNA to establish the floor control blasting model under different subdrillings.By comparing and analyzing the blast⁃induced rock damage of different models,the optimal subdrilling was obtained,and the on⁃site verification tests were further carried out and the corresponding floor control construction suggestions were put forward.
