摘 要:广西盘龙低品位难选铅锌矿含铅1.25%,含锌3.61%,氧化铅占19%,铅矿物存在部分氧化。目前生产流程中利用腐植酸钠作为铅精选五作业铅锌分离抑制剂,用量不易控制,铅金属损失较大或精矿互含高。通过开展铅精选五作业硫酸锌、腐植酸钠和硫化钠抑制剂作为铅锌分离的抑制剂对比试验,结果显示添加硫化钠获得更高的作业回收率。现场应用硫化钠结果显示,在精矿品位合格的条件下,铅回收率比原工艺高4.6%,锌回收率高0.75%。硫化钠比腐植酸钠更适合在铅精选五作业用于铅锌分离,单耗约300 g/t。The low grade and difficult to select lead⁃zinc ore in Panlong,Guangxi contains 1.25%lead,3.61%zinc,and 19%lead oxide and the lead mineral is partially oxidized.At present,humic acid sodium is used as the lead and zinc separation inhibitor in the fifth operations of lead cleaning in the production process,the dosage is difficult to control,the lead metal loss is large or the concentrate contains high content of each other.Through the comparative test of zinc sulfate,humic acid sodium and sodium sulfide inhibitors in the five operations of lead cleaning as inhibitors of lead zinc separation,the results show that adding sodium sulfide can obtain higher recovery rate in the operation.The results of on⁃site application of sodium sulfide show that under the condition of qualified concentrate grade,the lead recovery rate is 4.6%higher than the original process,and the zinc recovery rate is 0.75%higher than the original process.Sodium sulfide is more suitable than humic acid sodium for the separation of lead and zinc in the fifth operation of lead concentration,and the unit consumption is about 300 g/t.
