摘  要:倾动炉燃烧系统采用两套燃烧器给炉内供热,燃烧器由一根重油枪和两根氧枪组成。油枪和氧枪呈“1”字型纵向分布,存在温度场不均匀,端部局部温度高,中部和尾部温度低,油枪火焰喷射距离耐火砖较近等问题,导致倾动炉综合能源耗量高,耐火砖损耗速度快。经分析燃烧系统的影响因素,通过实践、减少了炉窑修补次数,提高了倾动炉的作业效率;降低了重油单耗,起到了节能降碳的作用。Tilting furnace combustion system uses two sets of burners to heat the furnace,the burner is composed of an oil gun and two oxygen guns.The oil gun and oxygen gun are vertically distributed in the shape of"1",and there are some problems such as uneven temperature field,high local temperature at the end,low temperature at the middle and tail,and the flame injection distance of the oil gun is relatively close to the firebrick,resulting in high comprehensive energy consumption of tilting furnace and fast firebrick loss rate.By analyzing the influencing factors of combustion system,the operation efficiency of tilting furnace is improved,the single consumption of heavy oil is reduced,and the function of saving energy and reducing consumption,reducing cost and increasing efficiency is played.
