摘　　要：课程思政是为全面提升高校思想政治工作质量和“大思政”育人成效而进行的一项重要教育教学改革实践。为匹配机械装备制造业企业对学生的能力与素质需求,提升高职机械装备制造类学生的职业素养,文章融入机械装备制造业进行课程思政教学改革与实践。通过解构机械装备制造业内涵,挖掘行业精神内核,从课程思政顶层设计、团队建设、资源库构建、系统体系设计、教学方法创新、课堂主阵地建设等方面进行深入教学改革与实践,形成了具有“工”字特色的课程思政教学改革实践路径。Curriculum ideological and political education is an important educational and teaching reform practice to comprehensively improve the quality of ideological and political work in colleges and universities and the educational effect of"great ideological and political education".In order to meet the needs of mechanical equipment manufacturing enterprises for students'ability and quality,and improve the professional quality of mechanical equipment manufacturing students in higher vocational colleges,this paper integrates mechanical equipment manufacturing industry to carry out the reform and practice of ideological and political teaching.By deconstructing the connotation of machinery and equipment manufacturing industry,excavating the core of the industry spirit,we have carried out in⁃depth teaching reform and practice from the top⁃level design of course ideological and political education,team building,resource base construction,system design,teaching method innovation,classroom main position construction and other aspects,and formed a practical path of course ideological and political education reform with the characteristics of"industry".
