铊相关标准对铊污染防治工作的启示

摘　　要：文章论述了国内外涉铊水质环境质量标准或铊污染物排放标准的情况,得出了我国铊污染防治工作需进一步加强的启示。提出了通过加强铊污染物源头管控、加强过程监管、加强末端治理、加强水源地涉铊监管和铊异常事件应急处置能力等措施来进一步提升铊污染防治工作的建议。This article discusses the situation of environmental quality standards or discharge standards for thallium pollutants related to water quality at home and abroad,and draws inspiration for further strengthening the prevention and control of thallium pollution in China.Suggestions were proposed to further enhance the prevention and control of thallium pollution by strengthening the source control of thallium pollutants,strengthening process supervision,strengthening end treatment,strengthening thallium related supervision in water sources,and enhancing the emergency response capacity for thallium abnormal events.
