摘  要:某厂银阳极板浇铸采用中频电炉浇铸,烟气收尘装置采用微孔陶瓷收尘器,随着微孔陶瓷收尘器使用年限的增长,其收尘效率逐年下降,不仅影响现场作业环境,同时流失了粉尘中的大量有价金属。文章针对该问题进行了分析,研究发现根本原因是该收尘器的核心部件——多孔过滤器不能适应该烟气的净化,为此提出了新的改造方案,设计了一种水雾喷淋收尘装置,收尘效果良好,并取得了良好的社会经济效益。The silver anode plate of a factory is casted by medium frequency electric furnace,and the microporous ceramic dust collector of the flue gas dust collector device.With the growth of the service life of the microporous ceramic dust collector,the dust collecting efficiency decreases year by year,which not only affects the field working environment,but also loses a large number of valuable metals in the dust.This paper analyzes this problem,and it is found that the root reason is that the⁃porous filter,the core component of the dust collector,can not adapt to the purification of the flue gas,so a new transformation scheme is proposed,and a water mist spray dust collection device is designed.The dust collection effect is good,and good social and economic benefits are achieved.
