摘　　要：发展数字经济、推动产业数字化转型升级成为我国“十四五”时期产业发展新的风向标,加快数字技术与实体经济的融合发展已然成为业界共识。江苏省产业数字化规模处于全国发展前列,已具备产业高质量转型的实力基础。文章通过分析数字赋能驱动江苏产业转型升级的现状及机遇,剖析数字赋能驱动江苏产业转型升级的问题及挑战,进而提出数字赋能驱动江苏产业转型升级的政策优化建议,为江苏实现经济高质量发展提供更加有力的战略支撑。Developing the digital economy and promoting the digital transformation and upgrading of industries have become a new wind vane for industrial development in China during the14th Five-Year Plan period.Accelerating the integration and development of digital technology and the real economy has become a consensus in the industry.The scale of industrial digitization in Jiangsu province is at the forefront of national development and it has the strength foundation for high-quality industrial transformation.The article analyzes the current situation and opportunities of digital empowerment driving industrial transformation and upgrading in Jiangsu analyzes the problems and challenges of digital empowerment driving industrial transformation and upgrading in Jiangsu and proposes policy optimization suggestions for digital empowerment driving industrial transformation and upgrading in Jiangsu providing more powerful strategic support for achieving high-quality economic development in Jiangsu.
