摘　　要：随着大数据信息时代的来临,个人信息已经成为各行各业广泛争夺的数据资源。“健康中国”战略的提出让互联网“健康+”模式快速发展,个人健康信息管理成为重中之重。通过对大数据背景下个人健康信息管理面临的挑战进行研究,为个人健康信息管理提出优化策略。研究发现,大数据背景下个人健康信息管理面临着缺乏国家性战略、信息共享程度不高、法律体系不完善等挑战。文章提出大数据背景下个人健康信息管理需要政府的顶层设计、信息资源的共建共享、完善的法律保护制度以及新技术等优化策略,以期为个人健康信息管理提供一定参考依据。With the advent of the big data information era,personal information has become a widely contested data resource in various industries.The proposal of the“Healthy China”strategy has enabled the rapid development of the Internet’s“Health+”model,making personal health information management a top priority.By studying the challenges faced by personal health information management in the context of big data,we propose optimization strategies for personal health and information management.Research has found that personal health information management in the context of big data faces challenges such as a lack of national strategies,low level of information sharing,and incomplete legal systems.The article proposes that personal health information management in the context of big data requires optimization strategies such as government top-level design,co-construction and sharing of information resources,sound legal protection systems,and new technologies,in order to provide a certain reference basis for personal health information management.
